Alex leads investments in Consumer and Business Services at F3. He previously led real estate and restaurant investing across all of Diameter Capital Partners' funds and spent five years at MFP Investors with a primary focus on consumer, real estate and telecom. He earned his B.A. in Economics from Yeshiva University and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Justin Federbush
Justin leads investments in Healthcare and Technology at F3. He previously invested in Healthcare and Technology at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe. Before WCAS, he began his career at Blackstone with a focus on restructuring. He earned his B.B.A. from the University of Michigan and and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Victor Castro
Victor previously worked at Bain & Company with a focus on private equity due diligence, strategy, supply chain, and organizational design. He partnered with management teams across Retail, Consumer Products, and Industrials. Victor earned his B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.
